Yeh Dil Maange more...but what

The more of what you do, the more it comes natural to you and it becomes your habit…it becomes your behaviour…your character…your trait.

If one does more cycling…he becomes a good cyclist,
If one does more driving…he becomes a good driver,
If one does more criticism…he becomes a critic…criticising everything and every time,
If one always looks at only the problem…he becomes a problem manufacturer,
If one always looks and thinks solution…he becomes a solution finder,
If one always believe and spreads rumours…over a period he loses face and credibility,

Recurring thoughts results in reinforced belief resulting in repeated actions (behaviour). Robin Sharma calls the mind a garden and says that each of us can decide what to plant in it.

If we plant in it seeds of negativity, out of it positivity can’t be grown and reaped…
If we plant in it seeds of failure, success can’t be resultant…
If we plant in it seeds of disturbance, peace would not be a guest…

So on and so forth…

YehDilMaange more…but the question is what and an even more important as to what are we contributing for it.

An old saying “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. If one wants more praises in life, then one should start praising more…and genuinely so because fake praises will come back to oneself with fake praises only. If one wants to be successful then one should start thinking and acting for somebody else’s success and only then others would contribute for ones own success. There is an old saying, ” before you expect somebody to lend a hand, you must touch his heart”.

Does it have an equation or mathematical formula to suggest that 10 praises by you will result in 10 praises for you or 10 times contribution would result in 10 time help received…the answer is a plain and simple NO.

Maths is a great subject from the days of Baudhayana( india’s oldest mathematician even before many western world mathematician) but not in aspects of values and virtues and karma-karmaphal, there are no exact co-relation or causal. But having disposition to exhibiting fundamental life virtues only offers positive possibility.

Simple lesson…simple mantra
Don’t mess your Giving
DontMaths your giving
Don’t science your giving
Don’t commerce your giving
Before DilMaange More
Let your giving be a folklore
And yet curb expecting in return
Give more…give more…before your final return
