"The success of an intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervenor"- quote by Bill O'Brien, CEO of Hanover Insurance, One of Top 10 Underwriting Companies.
Otto Scharmer, Chair of Presencing Institute - Massachusetts Institute of Technology / MIT, would quote Bill O'Brien several times across his presence over many multi-stakeholder initiatives. He has had vast experience working with businesses, government and social organizations.
