Google meets 1 minute meditation


 Karen May- People Development @ Google is instituting 1 Minute Meditation at start of each meeting in Google.
Our research of 100 thinkers (from Behavior Science, Wellbeing, Positive Psychology, Social Construction, Systems Theory, Atheism, Spiritual Scientists, etc) spell simply this: "Organizations in near future will be compelled to remodel themselves for Mind-Body-Soul Fitness for humungous benefits of attention, intuition, productivity & community development. Organizations that do not adapt to this will suffer from disengagement, internal politics, community disharmony & possible wrath from society".
Mission India Super Power 2020 is going to aid the organizations in doing exactly that. Helping individuals use each thought, feeling & action as a treadmill for exercising in daily routine.
Example: Daily Tiny Act: "Acupressure to ease Acute Pressure":

"Pick up a piece of rough paper. Start crushing it so as to throw in a dustbin. Now feel the sharp edges of the paper in your palm. Keep crushing it for a minute. You have just done a small acupressure."

It re-engerized your nerve endings, rushed blood, and pressed points to affect +ve for different parts of your body.
