7 billion patients. 7 billion therapists.
Lets go patiently.
First, lets define a
patient.
One who gets hurt is
a patient.
Hurt at the level of
body.
Hurt at the level of
mind.
Hurt at the level of
heart.
Hurt for some moments.
Hurt for some moments.
Hurt for some more
moments.
(Whether there is a
defined boundary between mind, body and heart...well I don't think so and
that's for another scribble).
And what hurts?
Perhaps, that which
we want but we do not get hurts us.
Body gets hurt with
matter (nano or astro)
Mind gets hurt with
rationality (reason or "I")
Heart gets hurt with
longing.(love or love)
And we keep moving,
for or after matter-reason-love.
And we move very fast
nowadays. I mean really fast.
Which means that
whatever matter-reason-love we want,
first up we don't know why we want it?
Whether we really want it? For whom we want it?
And if we get some of it, because we are moving fast,
we aren't able to soak it, savor it.
first up we don't know why we want it?
Whether we really want it? For whom we want it?
And if we get some of it, because we are moving fast,
we aren't able to soak it, savor it.
And we want more.
And we want more,
very fast.
So, it turns us into patient
everyday...many a times.
7 billion patients
everyday.
So, what is the
therapy?
Dignity, Positivity,
Gratitude.
Ever so, in the day
if we keep dignifying the routine,
ever so, in the day
if we keep taking mistakes with positivity,
and ever so in the
day, we keep being grateful to the good we already have.
And a simple way to
do it is, "thank you".
Keep thanking routine
and people who do routine.
Keep thanking in
advance for rectification of mistakes.
Keep thanking for the
good around.
Its a proven therapy.
Proven by scriptures
and evidenced by science.
Interestingly in this
therapy, healing others automatically heals oneself.
Go on.
Be a therapist.
Your patient is
waiting
