Judith, Top 15 Leadership Consultant

Conversations seed tremendous good when they start with genuine and heartful smile. That's how Judith helped me establish warmth right at the beginning of our skype call today.

Judith, a frequent at Harvard-Kelloggs-Wharton,  has spent her last fifty years closely observing human interactions. She has been a great student of watching the in-between spaces of humans when they converse, the valence every human puts to his sensory stimuli, and the invisible prison of self-prejudice.

She has developed a unique framework that has shown results in several Fortune 500s like Citibank, Burberry, Cisco, IBM, American Express, etc. In 2012, Executive Excellence 500 ranked Judith as one of the Top 15 Leadership Consultants globally.
In my small journey of last three years and closely following 100+ researchers, I found Judith's work addressing the core of human condition. With this in heart, we began by exchanging thoughts about our Breathe India canvass and how she could help us in addressing Indian corporate, youth and grassroot for being more mind-body-soul fit and thereby more happy-healthy-together.

Her beautiful labor of Conversational Intelligence™ came about to unravel the mystery of what holds people back, develop in-group & out-group and when they do so, how do the neurochemical cocktail inside creates disharmony and leads to a negative chain reaction. During our call, she expanded on how "language" is the single biggest stock that a human is trading and if its rooted in "I am right" addiction, it can severely affect the outcomes.

She delved over the meaning of "truth" and "right" and as to how they belong to temporal creations of mind and are subjective-relative in nature. Once having done basic iterations of this through her framework, conversations become more exciting (Oxytocin-Dopamine cocktail) and decisions are owned.

Upon asked about her idea of spirituality and how it has helped her, she took me along her memory lane and narrated her childhood experience of lying in bed and feeling the limitations of her body physiology while the mind would root for discovery-breaking free and going through the roof. As a growing teenager and later on, she discovered that many questions remain unanswered or inadequately so, and it lead to her inner quest, stillness and grounding.

Both Judith and I shall be working closely to figure out a model for mass scale implementation of her learnings in India. Meanwhile, she has been kind enough to accept our invitation to be a speaker during our International Seminar during this year.
