Mahavakyas
Chinese Spiritual writings, as per Yasuhiko Genku Kimura (Zen & Buddhist Scholar), mention that there are some words when arranged in a particular manner and if reflected upon meditatively and deeply, they communicate the whole book or teachings. Upanishad Traditions calls them Maha Vakya...Tat Tvam Asi, Ayam Atma Brahma, Prajñānam brahma, Aham Brahmāsmi are the four Maha Vakyas..
The Maha Vakyas of Workout Season (or India's journey for being more happy-healthy-together) are:
- Fitter World is a Better World
- Every Thought, Every Feeling, Every Action is a Workout.
- Workouts can happen Anytime, Anyplace, with Any Thing.
- Daily Tiny Workouts done repeatedly can be Tsunami of Well Being.
- Every Workout is Past, Present & Future. While you are reading this, you are reading with workouts (Understanding) of the Past, Using present Discretion (Vivek) under Awareness and it would Influence Workouts (Thoughts) of your Future.
- Every Workout influences your Well Being which in turn Influences your Workouts.
- Your Workout works on the Out too...on the Onlookers. It affects (consciously & sub-consciously) the On Lookers. Proven by Science: Mirror Neuron (Shawn Achor).
- Life has a BED for us: Boredom, Excitement, Difficulty. Workouts should have BED embedded.
- Nature's Programming: Workouts done for others give sense of fulfillment.
- Wisdom in Abundance, Trapped in Silos [Scripture, Philosophy, Science, Management]
- Quality of Life of a Community Deeply Influenced by Quality of its Leadership
- Omnicentric Minds or Transformative Dialogue Only: Forms of dialogic practice that dissolve the barriers of meaning separating otherwise conflicted parties. (Relational Being)
